Sawdust Briquette Logs

Premium Biomass Fire Logs

CONTACT US

  • Commercial Name: Wood Sawdust Briquette (Non-Carbonized)
  • Product Code: BF-02
  • Origin: Vietnam
Product Features
Premium Biomass Fire Logs (Technical Name: Wood Sawdust Briquette) are a high-quality biomass fuel produced from 100% renewable natural sawdust, providing a clean and efficient alternative to traditional firewood. The product is compressed into dense fuel logs without the use of any chemicals or artificial binders.
Thanks to its compact structure and low moisture content, the product offers easy ignition, stable heat output, and extended burning performance. Compared with conventional firewood, biomass fire logs generate less smoke, less ash, and provide a cleaner user experience while remaining easy to store, transport, and handle. The hollow-core design improves airflow and supports more efficient combustion.
Premium Biomass Fire Logs are widely used for fireplaces, home heating, BBQ, smoking applications, camping, outdoor cooking, fire pits, BBQ restaurants, and as a feedstock for producing carbonized sawdust charcoal and smokeless charcoal products.

Wood Sawdust Briquettes are manufactured from sawdust and wood residues collected from wood-processing factories and workshops throughout Vietnam. The primary raw materials originate from plantation-grown species such as Acacia and Eucalyptus, together with a smaller proportion of wood residues from orchard trees including Lychee, Longan, and other fruit tree species.
Vietnam currently possesses more than 4 million hectares of plantation forests, with Acacia and Eucalyptus accounting for the largest share. These fast-growing tree species are widely cultivated across the Northern Midlands and Mountains, North Central Vietnam, Central Coastal regions, Central Highlands, and Southeast Vietnam to supply raw materials for the wood-processing industry, including pallets, plywood, woodchips, and various wood export products. In addition, major fruit-growing regions such as Bac Giang, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Dong Nai, and Tien Giang generate significant quantities of wood residues through annual pruning, orchard maintenance, and tree replacement activities.
Alongside Vietnam’s rapidly growing wood-processing industry, which generates approximately USD 14–16 billion in annual export value, millions of tons of wood by-products such as sawdust, wood shavings, planer residues, and wood offcuts are produced every year. Rather than being discarded as waste or openly burned, these renewable biomass resources are collected, sorted, and recycled into value-added products such as wood pellets, sawdust briquettes, and carbonized sawdust charcoal.
Before entering the production process, the raw materials undergo thorough screening to remove impurities such as soil, stones, metal fragments, plastic particles, abrasive materials, and other unsuitable contaminants. The sawdust is then dried to a low moisture level and processed to achieve a uniform particle size before being fed into a high-pressure screw extrusion system.
During briquette production, the natural lignin contained within the wood is activated by pressure and heat, allowing the wood particles to bond tightly together without the use of any chemicals or artificial binders. The result is a dense, durable biomass fuel log with excellent combustion performance and a consistent quality profile.
Thanks to its abundant, stable, and renewable raw material supply, wood sawdust briquette fuel is widely recognized as an environmentally friendly biomass energy solution. It supports circular economy principles by converting wood-processing residues into valuable fuel while helping reduce biomass waste and providing clean energy for residential heating, BBQ, cooking, and modern household heating applications.
