3. Consultation - Initial Quotation
Based on the inquired item, our professional sales team will give customer firstly with the right requirement, and we offer advises for customers about market optimization, packaging solution, appropriate quality.
4. Sampling
Sample check are very important to next step. We supply customer Free Sample for their hand checking.
Customer only pay shipping charge (via UPS, FEDEX, CDEX, DHL,…) FREE sample
5. Order
Both of sides come together to discuss and negotiate in detail, trust and goodwill
--> Product: quantity, quality, size, specifications, packaging, container loading
--> Delivery term & time
--> Payment term & time
--> Price
--> Parallel process: SELLER (CARGO) - BUYER (PAYMENT), highly important for parties.
6. Sales contract & Deposit
Both side come up with the Sales Contract and/ or Proforma Invoice (PI)
--> Buyer deposit (by TT or L/C at sight)
--> Sales Contract effective right after signed
--> Delivery time counts from the receipt of deposit OR issued L/C and Design packaging confirmed
7. Mornitor the Order
--> Confirm maquette, make pakaging sample, packaging mass-production
--> Manufacture process
---> Process the good into packaging
--> Promptly update for Customer (photo, video, camera source...). QC process always commited
--> Get booking shipment confirmation
--> Inform the date of loading container
---> Customer arranges his representer to check quantity-quality-packaging before or once stuffing cargo into container
8. Delivery - Payment
--> Seller complete shipping documentation
--> Seller deliver the cargo as soon as Buyer fulfill the payment
--> Both side follow up the receipt of shipment
9. After-sales Service
--> Buyer unload cargo, check quantity and pakaging situation and inform Thaloca once any irregular issue found
--> Buyer's right of claim reserved during the agreed time. Buyer need follow Thaloca's request on Receipt of goods
--> Feedback from market, follow up the next order
--> Expand business with improved existing items or new categories
