THALOCA’s production network is strategically located near key raw-material regions throughout Vietnam to optimize transportation costs and maintain a stable supply chain. Main production areas include Hung Yen, Yen Bai, Vinh Long, Can Tho, Binh Phuoc, and Ca Mau.

Yes. THALOCA welcomes customers, partners, and inspection agencies to visit our facilities. We encourage customers to evaluate our production capacity, quality control system, packaging process, and supply capability before establishing long-term cooperation.

THALOCA exports to Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Kingdom, Russia, Spain, Turkey, the United States, and other international markets.

Yes. Free product samples are available for quality evaluation. International courier charges are usually borne by the customer or negotiated case by case.

THALOCA supplies five main product groups: Wood Charcoal, Sawdust Charcoal, Coconut Charcoal Products, Binchotan-Style White Charcoal, and Household Biomass Fuels such as Wood Pellets and Wood Sawdust Briquettes.

Each product has unique characteristics depending on its raw material and production technology. Wood charcoal is made from natural firewood. Sawdust charcoal offers high calorific value and long burning time. Coconut charcoal is ideal for BBQ and shisha applications. Binchotan is the premium category with high carbon content, almost no smoke, minimal odor, and exceptional burning performance.

Depending on the product and market requirements, THALOCA can provide technical specifications, laboratory test reports, FSC, SGS, Vinacontrol, and other certifications requested by customers.

Yes. We cooperate with SGS and other independent inspection organizations designated by customers during production, before packing, or before container loading.

Yes. OEM and Private Label manufacturing are among THALOCA’s core strengths. We can customize products, packaging, sizes, and specifications according to customer requirements.

Yes. Our team can assist customers in developing or improving packaging designs suitable for their target market while optimizing production efficiency, transportation, and brand identity.

We provide carton boxes, kraft paper bags, PE bags, PP/BOPP bags, jumbo bags, and customized OEM packaging solutions.

The standard MOQ is one 20ft or 40ft container depending on the product. For trial orders, flexible arrangements may be considered.

Yes. We frequently support mixed-product containers and different packaging formats within the same shipment.

Loading capacity depends on the product and packaging. Typically, a 20DC container can load 8–19 MT, while a 40HC container can load 20–27 MT.

Yes. The Middle East is one of THALOCA’s key export markets. We have supplied charcoal and biomass fuels to customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, and other countries.

Yes. Since 2008, THALOCA has worked with strategic freight forwarders and logistics partners specializing in charcoal cargo, including DG cargo. We support booking, vessel scheduling, export documentation, and shipment monitoring.

Our common payment methods are T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight. Standard orders typically require a deposit before production, with the balance paid according to the contract or Proforma Invoice.

We can provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable), Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Weight, Insurance Documents, and other documents required by customers.

Yes. Depending on the product and destination market, we can provide FSC, SGS Inspection Reports, C/O, Fumigation Certificates, COA reports, traceability documents, and other compliance-related documentation.

Quality control is implemented throughout the entire process, from raw-material selection and production to packaging and pre-shipment inspection. Parameters such as moisture, ash content, fixed carbon, calorific value, dimensions, packaging quality, and container condition are checked before shipment.

THALOCA remains committed to supporting customers after delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect containers, seals, packaging, and products upon arrival. If any issue regarding quality, quantity, packaging, or cargo condition is identified, customers should notify us promptly and provide photos, videos, container details, inspection reports, and related evidence. We will review production and loading records and work with the customer to determine the cause and provide a fair solution, which may include technical support, compensation, replacement products, or other mutually agreed arrangements.
